Joel G. Gillenwaters

Joel G. was born in 1796 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  Joel G.'s father was Joel Gillenwaters and his mother was Sally Or Loretta Gibbons.  His paternal grandfather was Thomas Gillenwaters. He had six brothers named William, David, Thomas, Elijah C., Joseph and John C..  He was the youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 36 in 1832.
