Eleanor Gillenwater 
Eleanor was born in 1830 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Eleanor's father was Thomas Jefferson Gillenwater and her mother was Mary. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Gillenwater and Mary Mallory Wilkins. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Shelby, Thomas, Mary and Sarah. She was the second oldest of the five children.-
