William Clinton Fansler 
William Clinton was born in October 1863 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. William Clinton's father was George W. Fansler and his mother was Elizabeth Anderson. His paternal grandparents were David Fansler and Mary Shipley. He had three brothers and four sisters, named David R., Enoch, Dimon, Mary, Margaret, Rachel and Sarah. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 73 on April 18th, 1937.-
