Albert Elkins 
Albert was born in 1838 in Of, Hawkins, TN. Albert's father was Winston Elkins and his mother was Elizabeth. His paternal grandfather was Ralph Elkins. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Ralph, Henry, Katherine, Mary, Sarah and Nancy. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
