Susan Elizabeth Deckard

Susan Elizabeth was born in 1889 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  Susan Elizabeth's father was James Wesley Deckard and her mother was Julie Annis Hicks.  Her maternal grandparents were Nathaniel R. Hicks and Jannett Gregg. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Eugene Blake, James Elkins, Hobart Clay, Bertha Jane and Mattie Emmaline.  She was the second oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 46 in 1935.
