George Washington Davis

George Washington was born in 1806 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  George Washington's father was Hezekiah Davis and his mother was Amelia Or Milly Johnson. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Lewis, James, William, Asa, Hezekiah, Nelson, Thomas, Susanna, Frances, Amelia Or Milly and Martha Or Patsy.  He was the second youngest of the twelve children.
