Mary E. Alice Cole

Mary E. Alice was born in 1879 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  Mary E. Alice's father was Fairman Preston Cole and her mother was Margaret Ann McClellan.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph S. Cole and Rachel Wassom; her maternal grandparents were Samuel A. McClellan and Mary Ann. She had eight brothers and a sister, named Campbell A., Charles S., Samuel P., Hugh H., Benjamin Simpson, Joseph Henry, Walter H., James William and Willie Ann. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named George, Angie Lee and Susan.  She died at the age of 56 in 1935.
