Hugh H. Cole

Hugh H. was born in 1875 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  Hugh H.'s father was Fairman Preston Cole and his mother was Margaret Ann McClellan.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph S. Cole and Rachel Wassom; his maternal grandparents were Samuel A. McClellan and Mary Ann. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Campbell A., Charles S., Samuel P., Benjamin Simpson, Joseph Henry, Walter H., James William, Willie Ann and Mary E. Alice. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named George, Angie Lee and Susan.  He died at the age of 1 in 1876 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.
