Thomas Brooks 
Thomas was born in 1821 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Thomas' father was John Brooks and his mother was Anna. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Brooks and Sarah Boone. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Hiram, George, Wilson, Rebecca and Margaret. He was the oldest of the six children.
