Perry Bloomer 
Perry was born in 1862 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Perry's father was Christian Bloomer and his mother was Elizabeth Mitchell. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Bloomer and Nancy; his maternal grandparents were John J. Mitchell and Martha Lyons. He had four brothers named Thomas, John, Henderson and Charles. He was the second oldest of the five children.-
