John Bloomer 
John was born in 1863 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. John's father was Christian Bloomer and his mother was Elizabeth Mitchell. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Bloomer and Nancy; his maternal grandparents were John J. Mitchell and Martha Lyons. He had four brothers named Thomas, Perry, Henderson and Charles. He was the third oldest of the five children.-
