Tabitha Birdwell 
Tabitha was born in 1821 in Madison County, Alabama. Tabitha's father was John Birdwell and her mother was Mary Allen. Her paternal grandparents were George Birdwell and Mary. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Moses, Allen, John, Nancy, Elizabeth, Sarah H., Jane, Susan C., Lucinda and Ann. She was the youngest of the eleven children.
