William F. Ball

William F. was born in 1859 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  William F.'s father was Wesley Tunnell and his mother was Rebecca Ball.  His paternal grandparents were James Tunnell and Jane Ball; his maternal grandfather was John Ball. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John, Spencer, Isaac, James, David, Louisa and Martha.  He was the youngest of the eight children.
