Rose  RAY

Rose  was born in 1859 in Green Co., IN .  Rose 's father was James Homer  RAY and her mother was Rachel  S.  BAYS.  Her maternal grandparents were Beverly  BAYS and Nancy  CLEMENTS. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Wiley, J. W. C., J. H. B., E. R. F., George Irvin , Mary Margaret, Sally A. and Louisa.  She was the oldest of the nine children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Jackson , James Walker , Elizabeth "Betsy"  and Nancy .
