Nancy was born about 1847 in Greene Co., IN. Nancy 's father was Hiram BLAND and her mother was Rachel S. BAYS. Her paternal grandparents were Osborne BLAND and Patsy Donohoe; her maternal grandparents were Beverly BAYS and Nancy CLEMENTS. She had two brothers and a sister, named Jackson , James Walker and Elizabeth "Betsy" . She was the second youngest of the four children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Wiley, J. W. C., J. H. B., E. R. F., George Irvin , Rose , Mary Margaret, Sally A. and Louisa. She died in June 1900 in Green Co., IN .General Notes
