Andrew PHIPPS 
Andrew was born in 1860 in Ringgold Co., IA . Andrew's father was Andrew B. "Andy" PHIPPS and his mother was Mary Eliza CARR. His paternal grandparents were James PHIPPS and UNKNOWN UNKNOWN. He had three brothers and a sister, named Milton L , Oliver E, Aaron E and Mary E. He was the oldest of the five children.
