Ruth MARSHALL 
Ruth was born in 1808 in Chatham Co., NC. Ruth 's father was Isaac MARSHALL and her mother was Ruth Doan. Her paternal grandparents were John MARSHILL and Ruth HADLEY ; her maternal grandparents were John DOAN and Elizabeth PIKE. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named John, Ephraim, Abraham, Isaac, Thomas Dixon, William , Joseph, Hannah, Elizabeth , Rebecca and Martha. She was the fifth youngest of the twelve children.-
