William Moses was born on February 25th, 1871 in St. Clair Co. MO. William Moses' father was William T. HIGGINS and his mother was Elizabeth BLAND. His paternal grandparents were John HIGGINS and Kezia BROWN ; his maternal grandparents were Daniel BLAND and Narcissa BARR. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Rosa E. , Steven, Wiley , Livina M. , Isabelle and Sarah Emily . He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named William S. , Lucy , Dona , Rhoda and Edna T. . He died at the age of 66 on April 19th, 1937 in Lebanon Co., MO .General Notes
