Rhoda HIGGINS

Rhoda was born in 1908 in MO.  Rhoda's father was William T.  HIGGINS and her mother was Emma E.  FLOYD.  Her paternal grandparents were John  HIGGINS and Kezia  BROWN . She had two sisters named Dona  and Edna T. .  She was the second oldest of the three children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William S. , William Moses, Rosa E. , Steven, Wiley , Lucy , Livina M. , Isabelle  and Sarah Emily .
