John Doane 
John was born on July 1st, 1734 in Middletown, Bucks, PA. John's father was Daniel Doane and his mother was Ann Baynes. His paternal grandparents were Daniel DOANE and Mehitable TWINING. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Thomas, Daniel, Joseph, Tabitha , Lydia, Tamar, Miriam, Ann and Abigail. He was the third youngest of the ten children.-
