His paternal grandparents were Anders Andrew (Jr) ANDERSON and Agnes (Pharis) Farris; his maternal grandparents were William "Bill" JACKSON and Nitahotima "Cecila" Unknown. He had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas Jefferson, William G. , Andrew , Arthur David and Sarah Mary. He was the third oldest of the six children.General Notes
