Mary Elizabeth was born on November 24th, 1850 in Monroe Co., AL . Mary Elizabeth 's father was James W. ANDRESS and her mother was Amelia A. "Milly" EAST. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac ANDRESS and Mary "Polly" NETTLES; her maternal grandparents were Martin B. EAST and Sarah PARKER. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Stephen E.T. , William Taylor, James W. , Franklin J. , Sarah J. , Jeffelona J. Twaney H. , Lenoara "Noah" and Margaret. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 77 on January 12th, 1928 in Nacogdoches Co., TX.General Notes
