His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Hamilton ANDERSON and Sarah "Sally" Adelaide Horton. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Guy , Nathan, James Fleming, Ruth Ann , Mary Topsy and Wilda Nevon. He was the third youngest of the seven children.-
