Ruth Ann was born on February 5th, 1907 in Hillsboro, Coffee Co., TN . Ruth Ann 's father was Edward ANDERSON and her mother was Ethel SMYTHE. Her paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Hamilton ANDERSON and Sarah "Sally" Adelaide Horton. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Guy , Nathan, Sam Edward , James Fleming, Mary Topsy and Wilda Nevon. She was the third oldest of the seven children.-
