Lewis Wetzel 
Lewis was born in 1764 in Moo. Lewis' father was UNKNOWN Wetzel. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John , Martin, George, Jacob, Christina and Susan. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 75 in 1839 in near Austin TX.General Notes
Was captured by Shawnee Indians when he was 11. Led a crusade against Indians the rest of his life, killing around 70. Much of his life can be read about in "That Dark and Bloody River" by Allan W. Eckert
