Franklin Hawkins

Franklin was born about 1856.  Franklin's father was Oliver Hawkins and his mother was Sarah Jackson.  His maternal grandparents were Richard Jackson and Lydia Unknown. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Charles W., William, John, Daniel Harrison, Nancy Ann, Sarah Jane and Polly Ann.  He was the youngest of the eight children.
