Sylvia Maude was born on June 30th, 1901 in Bridgeport, WV. Sylvia Maude's father was George Austin Harrison and her mother was Leila Ann Virginia Bircher. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Joseph Harrison and Sarah Elizabeth Fenton; her maternal grandparents were George W. Bircher and Mary House. She had five brothers named Benjamin Franklin, Fenton Bradford, Ander Thomas, Hubert Harold and Joseph Knots. She was the second youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 72 in 1973.General Notes
