Jesse Young was born on March 21st, 1881 in Carroll County, Tennessee.1 Jesse Young's father was John Benjamin Williams and his mother was Nancy Angeline Reeder. His paternal grandparents were Ephraim Williams and Frances Peeler; his maternal grandparents were Thomas R Reeder and Elendor Jane Moore. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Newton Rolan, Louis Nathan, Ezra Neil, Frances Ellen, Laura Etta, Hettie Geneva and Zora Leeila. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 83 on September 14th, 1964 in Huntingdon, Tennessee. He was buried in September 1964 in Humbles Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.1 1 General Notes
