Emily Schaffner

Emily was born on January 31st, 1870.¹   Emily's father was Jacob Schaffner and her mother was Pauline Keng.  Her maternal grandparents were Friedrich Wilhelm Keng and Florentine Wilhemine Amalie Erfling. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Fritz, Julius, Clara, Pauline and Adelia.  She was the second oldest of the six children.
