William Augustus King 
William Augustus was born in 1832.1 William Augustus' father was Austin Augustus King and his mother was Nancy Harris Roberts. His paternal grandparents were Walter King and Nancy Sevier. He had six brothers and a sister, named Walter, Frances, Edward Livingston, Henry, Thomas Benton, Austin Augustus and Melvina Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had two half-sisters named Nannie and Mary Belle.General Notes
