George Keng

George was born on April 12th, 1860.¹   George's father was August Keng and his mother was Henrietta Fricke.  His paternal grandparents were Friedrich Wilhelm Keng and Florentine Wilhemine Amalie Erfling. He had a brother and four sisters, named Albert, Lena Pauline, Augusta, Helena Eliza and Henrietta.  He was the oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Herman, Edward, Fred, Ella, Hester, Nellie, Lucy, Clara and Hela.
