Sarah Sally was born about 1759 in Virginia.1 Sarah Sally's father was Burdette Clifton and her mother was Rebecca Kenner. Her paternal grandparents were Burdette Clifton and Frances Hill; her maternal grandparents were Howson Kenner and Margaret Eskridge. She was an only child. She died in 1815 in Burksville, Cumberland County, Kentucky.1 General Notes
