David Lewis 
David was born about May 5th, 1695 in Chemokins, New Kent Co, VA.1 David's father was John, Colonel Lewis and his mother was Elizabeth Warner. His paternal grandparents were Hugh John, Major Lewis and Isabella Warner; his maternal grandparents were Augustine, Colonel & Speaker Warner and Mildred Reade. He had five brothers and ten sisters, named Charles Lewis of the, Abraham, Robert Lewis of, John Lewis of Warner, William, Sarah, Mildred, Angelica, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Elizabeth II, Isabella, Ann, Catherine and Mary. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender, named John, John, Charles, Elizabeth, Elizabeth and 5 Other Children. He died in August 1779 in Albemarle Co, VA.1 General Notes
