Sarah Jacobs 
Sarah was born about 1735 in All Hallows Parish, Anne Arundel Co., Maryland. Sarah's father was Jeremiah Jacob and her mother was Rachel Gaither. Her paternal grandparents were John Jacob and Mary Swanson; her maternal grandparents were Edward Gaither and Rachel Jacob. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Jeremiah, Zachariah, Edward Gaither, Ann and Rebecca. She was the oldest of the six children. She died before 1823 in Fairfield Co., SC. She was buried in Gaither Cemetery, Fairfield Co., SC.-
