John Jacob

John was born in 1591 in Dover, Kent, England.  John's father was John Jacob and his mother was Joan Lucas.  His maternal grandfather was John, Mayor of Canterbury Lucas. He had two brothers named Thomas and Richard.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 54 in 1645 in Battle of Bristol.
