Wiley Jones Hester 
Wiley Jones was born on July 30th, 1829.1 Wiley Jones' father was Wyatt Wilkerson Hester and his mother was Elizabeth Branch Jones Mathis. His maternal grandparents were Wylie Jones and Jane Thornton Osborne. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Smith Alexander, William Franklin, Robert Fulton, Thomas Benton, James Sherod, Martha Jane, Mary Elizabeth and Sarah Frances. He was the second oldest of the nine children.1 -
