Samuel Goode 
Samuel was born on March 20th, 1779. Samuel's father was Samuel Goode and his mother was Mary Collier. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Goode and Miss Burwell; his maternal grandparents were John Collier and Elizabeth Mededith. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Philip, Gaines, Lieutenant John, U.S.A., Burwell, Dr. Henry Jones, Nancy, Sarah, Lucy, Elizabeth and Susanna. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 84 on April 28th, 1863.General Notes
