Isaac Read Goode 
Isaac Read was born on October 19th, 1856. Isaac Read's father was Thomas Claiborne, M.D., Surgeon C.S.A. Goode and his mother was Martha Goode Read. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Goode and Mary Barksdale; his maternal grandparents were Dr. Isaac Read and Panthea Burwell. He had a brother and six sisters, named Clement Melanchthon, Lucy Armistead, Sally Bugg, Mary Barksdale, Mattie Daniel, Panthea Burwell and Lizzie Stith.-
