Hugh Dutton

Hugh was born about 1347.  Hugh's father was Thomas, Governor Halton Castle Dutton and his mother was Eleanor Ellen Thornton.  His paternal grandparents were Hugh Dutton and Joan Jane Holland; his maternal grandparents were Peter Thornton and Lucia Hellesby. He had six brothers named Peter, Thomas, Lawrence, Edmund, Henry and William.  He was the youngest of the seven children.  He died in 1367.
