Walter H. Carrington 
Walter H. was born on January 1st, 1849. Walter H.'s father was William Edward Carrington and his mother was Mary Gay Hatcher. His paternal grandparents were William Carrington and Martha Povall; his maternal grandfather was Samuel Hatcher. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Edward William, Bernard, Thomas Preston, Samuel Hatcher, 2d Boy twin, Boy twin, Elizabeth Booker, Alice and Mary Louisa. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 18 on September 3rd, 1867 in Texas.General Notes
