Elizabeth Carrie was born on December 1st, 1830 in Lincoln Co. Tennessee. Elizabeth Carrie's father was Franklin Preston Midkiff and her mother was Ellender Oliver. Her paternal grandparents were John Midkiff and Caty Miller; her maternal grandparents were William A. Oliver and Elizabeth Edging. She had three brothers and a sister, named John Rufus, Charles Anderson, William Franklin and Sarah Ann. She died at the age of 81 on February 23rd, 1912 in Grayson Co. Texas.General Notes
