Thomas de Cary 
Thomas was born in 1490 in Clovelly, England.1 Thomas' father was Robert Cary and his mother was Jane Carew. His paternal grandparents were William Cary and Elizabeth Paulet. He had a brother named John. He was the younger of the two children. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, William, Robert, John, Gregory and Jane.-
