Ruth was born in 1636 in Nuneaton, Warwick, England.1 Ruth's father was Edward Wood and her mother was Ruth Lee. Her paternal grandparents were Lewis Wood and Margaret Holmes. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Josiah, Obadiah, Thomas, Elizabeth and Tabitha. She was the second youngest of the six children. She died in Malden, Middlesex, MA.1 -
