John Wightman 
John was born on April 16th, 1674 in Quidnessett, Wahington, RI.1 John's father was George Wightman and his mother was Elizabeth Updyke. His paternal grandparents were John Wightman and Unknown; his maternal grandparents were Gysbert Opdendyck and Catherine Smith. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Daniel, George, Samuel, Valentine, Elizabeth, Alice and Sarah. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 75 on April 1st, 1750 in Exeter, Washington, RI.1 -
