Martha Standish 
Martha was born in 1662 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, MA.1 Martha's father was Josiah Standish and her mother was Sarah Allen. Her paternal grandparents were Myles Standish and Barbara Mullins; her maternal grandparents were Samuel Allen and Ann Whitmore. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Josiah, Myles, Israel, Samuel, Mary, Lois and Mercy. She was the third oldest of the eight children.-
