Sarah was born in 1660 in Rehoboth, Bristol, MA.1 Sarah's father was William Sabin and her mother was Mary Wright. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Sabin and Mary Bushe; her maternal grandparents were Richard Wright and Margaret Unknown. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Samuel, Joseph, Benjamin, Nehemiah, Jeremiah, Elizabeth, Experience, Mary, Abigail, Hannah and Patience. She was the youngest of the twelve children.-
