Oscar W was born on October 6th, 1893 in Bloomfield, Washington, OH.1 Oscar W's father was Nathan Province and his mother was Elvira R Edwards. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Province and Cecelia Spencer. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Albert L, Harry E, Porter S, Benjamin F, Laura J, Mary E, Kate E, Ethelinda J, Elvira E, Etta C and Olive. He was the youngest of the twelve children.-
