Sarah Phelps 
Sarah was born in 1672 in Simsbury, Hartford, CT.1 Sarah's father was Joseph Phelps and her mother was Hannah Newton. Her paternal grandparents were William Phelps and Ann Dover. She had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph, Timothy, William and Hannah. She was the second youngest of the five children.-
