Joseph Phelps 
Joseph was born on November 13th, 1628 in Crewkerne, Somerset, England. Joseph's father was William Phelps and his mother was Ann Dover. His paternal grandparents were William Phelps and Dorothy Unknown. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Cornelius, Timothy, Mary and Mary. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William, Samuel, Nathaniel, Cornelius, Unknown, Mary, Mary and Sarah. He died at the age of 56 in 1684.
