Mary was born on April 26th, 1545 in Rawkerayne, Devon, England. Mary's father was John Mitchell and her mother was Agnes Vye. Her paternal grandfather was John Mitchell; her maternal grandparents were Harry Vye and Agnes Smith. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, William, John, Robert, Anne, Agnes, Johanna and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 40 on November 5th, 1585 in Colyton, Devon, England.-
